First, we start with the basics. Professional Staging. Living in a home and selling a home are two different things. Staging helps the buyer feel comfortable in the home, and helps them feel like they can live in the home. This sets the stage for the rest of the marketing plan.
Next, Professional Photography. Almost all buyers are looking at homes on the internet. The latest survey shows that approximately 95% of buyers looking for homes use the internet to search for homes. Professional photos stand out and give your home an edge over the competition. Several buyers have told me that they rule out homes because they have bad pictures! You don’t want to have your home not seen by buyers just because of bad photos.
